The Procurement (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026 have delayed a key change to contract publication requirements. The move from publishing below-threshold contract notices on Contracts Finder to the Find a Tender central digital platform will now take effect on 1 May 2027, rather than 1 October 2026.
