Same day urgent care unit services at Aintree Hospital site
The panel’s recommendation was that the procurement of services at a Same Day Urgent Care Unit in Liverpool should be abandoned and restarted, due to a number of failings in the process – involving errors in evaluation, unequal treatment and a failure to document decisions.
