Pre-implementation checklist to prepare for the new procurement regime

The Welsh Government have developed a ‘pre-implementation checklist’ to help contracting authorities prepare for the new procurement regime. This checklist will be usefull to all contracting authorities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
