The Local Government Transparency Code 2015 (the Code) requires local authorities to publish information about their procurement activities for all procurements over a lower threshold of £5,000. The Code was updated on 29 January 2025 in order to add guidance for reconciling publication requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.
