PA2023 Guidance: Preliminary Market Engagement Notices

The Procurement Act Sections 16 and 17  cover Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notices. There is no requirement to conduct PME under the Act. However, if a Contracting Authority wishes to do so, it must publish a PME Notice or provide a justification in the tender notice why it did not do so.
