This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) sets out new requirements for contracting
authorities following North Macedonia’s accession to the World Trade Organisation’s
(WTO) Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), and amendments to two
Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes to address outdated language.
